About Jill Dymtrow

Jill Dymtrow joined CTI as a founding member in April 2007.  Her extensive experience guiding US Withholding Agents and Qualified Intermediaries through the highly technical and complex compliance issues involving Section 1441 and 3406 remains unique in the industry today. She specializes in information reporting, documentation, withholding and general implementation of compliance in these areas. Prior to joining the CTI, Jill specialized in information reporting and withholding as a Tax Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 2001, Jill began her 1441/3406 work with Qualified Intermediaries in preparation for the first QI Audit cycle. Starting in 2003, Jill began working with US Withholding Agents on Section 1441/3406 compliance. She managed a number of US Withholding Agents’ submissions to the IRS Voluntary Compliance Program. Large US financial institutions and investment management firms as well as energy, pharmaceutical, entertainment and biotech companies consistently rely on Jill’s expertise. 

About Kelli Wooten

Kelli Wooten is Of Counsel to Burt, Staples & Maner, LLP and Vice President – Consulting for Compliance Technologies International, LLP.  Kelli advises both foreign and domestic clients on FATCA and assists clients in the implementation of procedures for FATCA compliance. Ms. Wooten also counsels large financial institutions and multi-national corporations on matters involving domestic and non-resident alien withholding and reporting issues.  Prior to joining the firm, Kelli was a Group Manager at Procter & Gamble where she served in many capacities, including domestic and international tax compliance, audit and litigation, and indirect tax. In addition, Kelli  spent three years in San Jose, Costa Rica, leading the development of a North American tax compliance operation at Procter & Gamble’s shared service center where she actively worked with Payment Services organizations to develop efficient and effective strategies to manage tax information reporting and withholding.

About Erin Fennimore

Erin Fennimore is a Vice President of Tax Consulting at Compliance Technologies International, LLP. Prior to joining CTI, she was an associate at both Meyer, Olson, Lowy & Meyers and Voss, Silverman & Braybrooke. She earned her bachelors degree at the University of San Diego and her JD at Pepperdine University School of Law
