Insist on a contingency audit.  Then, if you are correct, you pay very little and can sleep soundly with the knowledge that money isn't seeping out the door.However, if you are wrong, the firm will recover your funds, identify your weaknesses, and provide you with the information you need to plug the holes. This is a can’t-lose proposition.
